This creation was imagined by the Color Skates skateshop, based in Athens, which drew its inspiration from food and more precisely from the Greek variant of the döner kekab, the gyros. The highop is therefore adorned with a beige suede base to echo pita bread, while the tomatoes and tzatziki sauce are represented by touches of red and white. As for the textured brown leather swoosh, it symbolizes meat. The Color Skates x Nike SB Dunk High Kebab and Destroy should release on June 16, 2021 at a retail price of about 110€.
